The supervisor Activity feed shows every hour entry your trainees log, as they log it. Each entry appears as a card with the details that matter at a glance, and RBT® days are grouped into one card per day, so a busy day of sessions and supervision reads as a single clean update instead of a wall of separate slots.
Your most recent activity shows right on your supervisor dashboard, where you already start your day. The full feed lives on the new Activity page, and you can filter it by trainee when you want to focus on one person’s month.
Nothing disappears silently
A feed that only showed new entries would tell half the story. Fieldwork and supervision records change: a time gets corrected, a note gets fixed, an entry logged to the wrong day gets deleted and re-entered. The Activity feed keeps all of it visible. Edits show each changed value with the old value struck out next to the new one, and deleted entries stay in the feed, struck through in red.
That matters because supervision is oversight of a record you sign your name to. Whether your trainees are RBT®s meeting their monthly RBT supervision requirements or future BCBA®s accruing fieldwork, the hours in front of you are the hours you are accountable for. A transparent history means a correction is just a correction, never a mystery.
Analytics across your whole caseload
The new Analytics page answers the question every supervisor asks at the end of the week: how is everyone doing? Trainees, Hour Entries, Hours Logged, and Time Logged sit at the top, computed across everyone you supervise. Below them, trend charts show trainees logging in, hour entries, and hours logged over time, with hours split by logged versus imported so a big import never masquerades as a burst of new work.
Toggle between Day, Week, and Month views, with dates labeled by day of the week, and read the chart the way you actually plan. Every figure on the page is computed from one set of definitions used across the app, so the number you quote in a check-in always matches the number your trainee sees.
