How ABA FT works, month by month

  1. Log a session in under a minute

    Date, start and end, and the hours work themselves out. Split them across independent, supervised, and group, restricted or unrestricted, and mark a contact or an observation.

  2. Always know where you stand

    Every entry updates your month against the BACB requirements for your pathway. Nothing is ever blocked. You just always know.

  3. Sign together, in the app

    Your M-FVF and F-FVF fill in from your hours. You sign, your supervisor signs on their free account, and the signed form is kept.

  4. Bring the hours you already have

    Already partway through? Add each month you logged before as one summary, and your progress starts where you really are.

What is ABA Fieldwork Tracker?

ABA Fieldwork Tracker (ABA FT) is a free web app for tracking RBT ongoing supervision and BCBA and BCaBA fieldwork hours. Each month is checked against the BACB requirements for your pathway as you log, and you and your supervisor sign your verification forms in the app.

Is ABA Fieldwork Tracker free?

Yes. It is free for trainees, RBTs, and supervisors, with no ads. There is no credit card, no trial, and nothing to upgrade. See what free for everyone covers.

Can I track RBT supervision and BCBA fieldwork in one account?

Yes. Choose RBT supervision, BCBA or BCaBA fieldwork, or both when you set up. If you track both, a switch moves you between them, and your supervisors and organizations are shared.

Is it ready for the 2027 BACB standards?

Yes. ABA FT checks the 2022 and the 2027 requirements for BCBA and BCaBA, supervised and concentrated fieldwork. Under 2027 it tracks observation in minutes, the way the 2027 requirements measure it.

Can my supervisor sign my forms in the app?

Yes. Your supervisor creates a free account, with no per-connection fees, and sees your hours read-only. Your M-FVF and F-FVF fill in from your hours and you both sign in ABA FT. RBTs and their supervisors sign the Monthly Supervision Record the same way.

I already logged hours somewhere else. Can I bring them?

Yes. Import adds the months you logged before as one summary per month, so your progress starts where you are.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. ABA FT runs in the browser on any phone, tablet, or computer, so there is nothing to download. Log a session between clients and it is there on every device.

Is ABA Fieldwork Tracker affiliated with the BACB?

No. ABA FT is an independent, privately owned tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Always check the current BACB handbook and your supervisor for authoritative guidance.
