For ABA practices

Supervision tracking for ABA practices, without the spreadsheets.

Supervision tracking for ABA practices that outgrew the workbook: monthly requirement checks across your staff, evaluated per workplace, with signed, audit-ready records behind every month.

The month, across your staff

Every connected RBT® and trainee is checked against the monthly requirements, evaluated per workplace because that is how the BACB® rule reads: met separately at each organization, never pooled. Your supervisors see their caseloads, and your agency sees its posture without chasing anyone.

Audit-ready by default

In an audit, every supervisor of record produces documentation. Signed records retained by both parties, an append-only audit trail, and retention aligned to the BACB 7-year window mean the response is a retrieval, not a reconstruction from scattered files.

People move. Records should not suffer for it.

Records belong to the practitioner and stay with them across employment changes, while signed documentation remains with both parties. When staff transition, nobody loses their history, and your organization keeps every form it signed.

Start with your supervisors

The consolidated caseload view is where a practice feels the difference first. See what your supervising BCBAs get, then connect the rest of the team.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How does a practice meet the monthly RBT supervision requirement?

Each RBT needs supervision for at least 5% of that month's behavior-analytic service hours, met separately at each organization. The supervisor dashboard shows the standing of every connected RBT per workplace as the month unfolds.

Can supervision be pooled across organizations?

No. The BACB requires the monthly requirements to be met separately at each organization; they cannot be pooled or averaged across employers. Per-workplace evaluation is built into the tracker.

Who owns the records, the practice or the therapist?

The practitioner. Records stay with the therapist across employment changes, while signed forms are retained by both parties, so your organization keeps its documentation too.

Is ABA Fieldwork Tracker free for practices?

The app is free: trainee, RBT, and supervisor accounts all cost nothing, with no ads. See the pricing page for the full picture.
