How supervising in ABA FT works

  1. Review a supervisee's month

    Open their month: hours, checks, and entries, read-only. Switch between their RBT supervision and fieldwork.

  2. Sign in the app

    Review and sign the M-FVF, the F-FVF, or the Monthly Supervision Record. Draw, type, or upload your signature.

  3. Keep everything you signed

    Every form you sign stays in Signed Forms, even after a supervisee moves on. Both of you keep a copy.

Several supervisors at one organization?

Is ABA FT free for supervisors?

Yes. Supervisor accounts are free, with no per-connection fees and no ads.

Can I supervise RBTs and fieldwork trainees in one account?

Yes. Fieldwork trainees and RBTs share one dashboard and one signing queue. For someone tracking both, you can view either track.

Can I change a supervisee's hours?

No. You see their month read-only. Their entries stay theirs; you review and sign.

When must the M-FVF be signed?

By the trainee and the supervisor by the last day of the calendar month after the month of supervision; otherwise that month's hours are not eligible. Forms awaiting your signature come first on your dashboard.

How do I sign verification forms?

Open a form from your signing queue, review the month it was filled in from, and sign by drawing, typing, or uploading your signature.

What happens to signed forms when a supervisee leaves?

They stay in your Signed Forms, even after you archive or disconnect a supervisee. Both of you keep the signed documentation.

How do supervisees connect with me?

Send an email invite or share an invite link from your dashboard, or accept a supervisee's invite. Either of you can disconnect at any time.

Is ABA FT affiliated with the BACB?

No. ABA FT is an independent, privately owned tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by the BACB.
