Is a supervisor account free?
Yes. Supervisor accounts are free, with no per-connection fees and unlimited trainee and RBT® connections.
Can I supervise fieldwork trainees and RBTs in one account?
Yes. Both tracks share one dashboard and one signature queue, and a supervisee tracking both shows a separate on-track read per track.
Can I edit a supervisee's records?
No. View-as is read-only, session-scoped, and audit-logged. The record stays the supervisee's; you review and sign.
When must monthly verification forms be signed?
The M-FVF must be signed by the trainee and supervisor by the last day of the calendar month following the month of supervision; otherwise no hours are eligible for that month. The signing queue keeps every pending form in front of you.
Who keeps the records if a supervisee leaves the organization?
Both of you. Fieldwork and supervision documentation is retained by trainee and supervisor for at least 7 years, and your signed forms remain viewable to you even after archive or disconnect.
