What the engine looks at
Ready for 2027
The 2027 standards change real numbers. ABA FT knows both rule sets and checks each month against the standards set for it.
Supervised and concentrated
Each month keeps its own type. On a mixed BCBA or 2022 BCaBA account, your progress counts concentrated hours toward the supervised total by the BACB's multiplier (1.33 for BCBA, 1.3 for BCaBA), with the math shown; a mixed 2027 BCaBA account shows each type's share of its own total.

Each month's status shows beside its form when you sign, so you and your supervisor see it first.
Each workplace on its own
Work at more than one organization? Each one's month is checked separately, so a shortfall never hides in your total.

What does the compliance engine check?
Every monthly requirement the BACB sets for your pathway: supervision percentage, monthly hours, observation, the group-supervision cap, and supervisory contacts under the 2022 standards. Your unrestricted share is tracked across your whole fieldwork.

Yes. ABA FT knows both the 2022 and the 2027 standards and checks each month against the ones set for it.
Will it stop me from logging hours that miss a requirement?
No. It validates, never blocks. You see a clear flag and the number to reach, and the entry is saved as you logged it.
