Which forms can I sign?
The official BACB monthly (M-FVF) and final (F-FVF) fieldwork verification forms, in both the 2022 and 2027 versions, pre-filled from your logged hours.
How does signing work?
You e-sign your form by drawing, typing, or uploading your signature (or reusing a saved one), then send it to your supervisor to e-sign in the app. You can also email a copy or print it for a handwritten signature.
Does my supervisor need an account?
If they are already connected to you, the form waits on their dashboard to sign. If not, you can invite them, and they connect automatically when they join, or email them the signed PDF to review or print.
What if a month is not fully compliant?
We show a clear flag if our compliance check finds a requirement that is not met, but we never block you. Whether to sign stays your decision and your supervisor's.

Yes. Once signed, the form is locked and kept in your account, with a full record of who signed and when, ready to download anytime.
