Everything adds up
Supervised and concentrated
Each month keeps its own type, so changing fieldwork type keeps every hour counted. With months of both, a BCBA® or 2022 BCaBA® account counts concentrated hours toward the supervised total by the BACB's multiplier, with the math shown.

Common questions
What does the dashboard show?
Your progress toward your pathway's total, this month's hours, supervision, and observation, each monthly requirement, and the month's entries.
How does it measure progress toward certification?
It adds up your fieldwork hours, logged and imported, and shows them as a share of your pathway's requirement, for example 2,000 hours for BCBA® supervised fieldwork, with the hours left. With months of both fieldwork types, it counts Concentrated hours toward the Supervised total by the BACB's multiplier (1.33 for BCBA, 1.3 for BCaBA under the 2022 standards) and shows the math; a mixed 2027 BCaBA account shows each type's share of its own total.
Does it update as I log?
Yes. Save or edit an entry and your progress, month, and checks update straight away.
Can I look back at past months?
Yes. Step back to any month, show one organization or all of them, and open the month's report.
Does it work for every pathway?
Yes. It follows the pathway and standards set for each month, across all eight fieldwork pathways. RBT® supervision has its own monthly dashboard.
