Can I track hours at more than one site?
Yes. Add every clinic, school, or practice you work at and tag each hour to the right one.
Is each site checked on its own?
In ABA FT, yes: each organization's month is checked separately, so a surplus at one site does not cover a shortfall at another. The BACB does not say how its monthly numbers apply across sites, so check with your supervisor. Your total hours and unrestricted share count every site together.
How do organizations show up on my forms and reports?
The state where the fieldwork happened goes on that organization's verification forms, and your monthly reports break the month out by organization.
What if I stop working at a site?
Deactivate it. It leaves your lists, and every hour you logged there stays on your record.
Is this the same as an organization account?
No. These are the sites on your own account. Clinics and agencies that want one view of their whole program can set up an organization with our team.
