How we protect it
Encryption
HTTPS only, and your notes and supervision activity summaries encrypted field by field.
Sign-in and sessions
Hashed passwords, verified email, lockout after repeated failed sign-ins, and sessions that time out.
An append-only log
Signatures, connections, invites, imported months, pathway changes, and reports go in a log that is never edited or deleted.
Privacy
We do not sell your data, there are no ads, and ABA FT holds no client health information: it tracks hours and supervision, not clients.

Is my fieldwork record safe?
ABA FT runs on HTTPS only, stores passwords only as hashes, encrypts your notes field by field, and keeps an append-only log of signatures, connections, and other key actions.
Who can see my hours?
You, and any supervisor you connect with, who sees them read-only. Either of you can end the connection anytime.
Are changes to my hours recorded?
For 30 days. An edit keeps the old values and a deletion keeps a copy of the entry for 30 days, which your supervisor can see. Signatures, connections, imported months, and reports go in a log that is never edited, deleted, or expired.
Do you sell my data or show ads?
No. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and ABA FT has no ads.
Does ABA FT store client information?
No. ABA FT tracks hours and supervision, not clients. Keep identifying client details out of your notes.
